Your confirmation is a hold only for your site on the dates requested. However, it is not guaranteed unless you contact our office with a valid credit card. Your card will not be billed an advanced deposit. Check in no later than 5PM. If you expect a late arrival contact the office at (907) 895-4369 or you risk having your space released to other customers on our waiting list. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
By submitting a reservation request you agree to the SGA Cancellation Policy terms and conditions set forth and you hereby agree to have your credit card billed in accordance with this policy. Cancellation notices received 14 days prior and not less than 7 days prior to the date of your reservation - your credit card will be billed at 50% of the regular daily rate. Notices received less than 7 days prior – your credit card will be billed at 100% of the regular daily rate (no discounts apply). If you fail to notify us of your pending cancellation at our office (907) 895-4369 or via email at sgarvpark@gmail.com , and not show up on the date of your reservation your credit card will be billed 100% at the regular daily rate. No refunds.
